Fashionistas: The belted floral dress will be in full bloom this spring.

 

They are already a cannot miss wardrobe staple. Dressed up models have sashayed down some of the world’s most modish runways. The dresses offer liberation from the corporate world’s stuffy, boxy outfitting.  Women everywhere can adorn a feminine, shape flattering cut to take them from the office to the bar, and pretty much everywhere else.
